When we invited Tina into our home to help us with our property she came prepared with all the most current comparable data in the area. This itself really impressed us as we had seen other agents who talked the talked but we were unsure if they could put their words into action. From the first meeting with Zara I knew she was the realtor for me. I had already meet with multiple realtors and had them through my home but there was just something different about Zara, from the moment she stepped into my home she felt like family. With this being the sale of my first property I had little to no understanding on how the sale process worked. Any questions I had, Zara was extremely responsive and was right there helping and informing me, because honestly, I had absolutely no idea!
