Zara worked around the clock for me and was able to offer many open homes and provide a great report back on each one to see how it was sitting in the market. Very knowledgeable on the area and the current market. Provided me with a realistic sales price and was able to achieve that. In deciding the RE Agent to go with, we looked at who had the highest sales for the area. There were two agents and we met with Tina and the other agent. I personally like her energy and confidence with our house and this is the main reason in going with her as an agent. All the usual things were discussed, Advertising and Commission and Price point on our house but it was Tina as a person that won me over. We had to go overseas for two weeks at the beginning of going on the market. Tina's communication on Open Homes and Offers was excellent whilst we were away and we certainly felt we were in good hands. Tina was able to cut through the argy bargy of buyers price offers to bring in a result we were very happy with. She kept us in the loop at all times. Communication is excellent. Very happy to recommend her to prospective sellers.
