While it was clear that she was prepared to invest a good deal more effort into the exercise than I would normally have expected of an agent, I was nonetheless doubtful that it would prove to be any more efficacious than traditional approaches. It was clear from the market analyses that Renee had initially presented that there was only moderate demand for the type of property we were offering. We therefore resigned ourselves to settling in for the long haul in selling the place.
