About Renee

Renee Banovich is one of the most passionate and successful Real Estate Agents South of the River. Renee grew up in Applecross and has an intimate knowledge of the surrounding area. Renee attended Penrhos College and has a Marketing Degree from Curtin University. Renee gained expertise in property marketing from working at Perth’s largest advertising agency on clients such as LandCorp, Mirvac and Summit Homes Group. Growing up in a family with a father who is a prominent real estate agent, there was a sense of inevitability when Renee joined the family business. Renee works in a team with her father David Banovich who has been selling residential real estate south of the river for over 30 years. Together they have earned a reputation for providing honest advice and feedback, strategic marketing and being great negotiators to achieve an excellent outcome for their sellers in all market conditions.

About Ashlee

Ashlee has a Masters of Property from Curtin University and previously gained her accreditation to become a Property Valuer. Throughout her time working in Property Valuation she gained a thorough understanding of all aspects of property and during her career with one of Perth’s largest firms, valued a broad range of commercial and residential properties. Ashlee has always had a keen interest in real estate and after a number of years in valuation, decided that a career change focused on more personal interaction with clients was what she desired. When an opportunity to transition across to real estate sales arose, she jumped at the opportunity with both hands. Professional Proactive and Prepared.

The team at Banovich Hillman, provided an excellent experience during our recent Sale and Purchase. Their market knowledge was accurate and the assistance for the presale showing of our home was very helpful. The home opens were carried out at convenient times to ourselves and we never felt inconvenienced. Our home on our return was as we had left it. An overall good experience.

Very Professional Operation

Renee and her colleagues were very helpful, patient & professional from our first phone contact. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very understanding that we needed to get ‘a few ducks in a rows’ to proceed with any purchase. Very professional operation.

Great sales process and attention to detail

Ashlee did a fantastic job marketing and selling our property. We were initially impressed with the strong sales and marketing process, which leaves no stone unturned, is very focused with immediate feedback on the sales progress. She offered great advice on how we should approach the sale and how to position our property; what would work and what wouldn't. Additionally, the property had a few maintenance issues that needed fixed up in a short period of time and she provided quick access to a couple of key tradespeople, which was invaluable. Prompt follow-up on buyer interest and multiple home opens and many individual viewings and repeat viewings ensured that the property had the best possible exposure to potential buyers. The property sold very quickly and the eventual sales price exceeded our expectations. A great outcome for us... Thanks Ashlee,
