My family and I needed to find a rental urgently, we applied for a rental listed by Barker RE but we were unsuccessful - however they continued looking for suitable properties for us until we were approved for one. The service we received far exceeded that of other agencies that we’ve dealt with.

We bought our property through Barker and have had them manage our property for a few years now. They are very meticulous and really want to maintain the property to a high quality. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I have moved two of my investments properties over to the Barker team to manage which so far it’s been a positive experience. Part of my reason was a wanted to seek out a team which would be easy to work with and manage the stress so I didn’t have to. So far so good. As well as the other properties they manage I don’t feel mine is lost or forgotten about - when required they jump on things quickly and been very responsive which I appreciate can be hard but they do it.

Thank you for making the whole process so simple. Given that we were dealing with a brand new build, Barker Real Estate did all of the dealings regarding hand over and ensuring the property was presented the way it should be for our new tenant. Communication through the process of finding the right tenant was also great! Thank you Carina and Viv for your work. Aaron & Lana Irvine.
