Brodie had been known to me since I had Barker's manage the lease of my property. Brodie was able to cut a good deal on the advertising based on previous work. Brodie did a great job following up with open day attendees, and we got a nice settlement.

Nicky and her team were all wonderful to deal with. Nicky made the whole process easy and was able to provide me with a list of trades to help me present the home in the best way possible. The home was successfully sold after the second open inspection with a number of offers available. I couldn't be happier with the result and the help I received from the whole team at Barker Real Estate. Special mention to Amy! Thank you.

Nicky and team at Barker Realestate were extremely professional in all our dealings delivering an outstanding result on the sale of our house. Nicky in particular was very considerate of my elderly father taking extra care to ensure he and the family understood everything related to the sale. Would highly recommend the team at Barker Realestate to anyone considering selling in the Gawler area.

We could not fault Nicky at all, she kept us updated on every aspect of the sale of our property. Communication was always great and the team work well. Team also helped with getting our house ready for sale, we used their internal maintenance team to help as we were going overseas just before our sale. We managed to get an amazing price for our home - now we are building down at the beach. We have purchased and sold through Nicky and have always felt happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend.
