Brodie and the team at Barker Real Estate were fantastic to deal with on the recent sale of one of my investment properties in the Gawler region. Professional, ethical, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist, Brodie achieved a great result and made the entire process seamless. They also manage all of my rental properties and have been brilliant on the property management side as well. Highly recommend Brodie and the full Barker Real Estate team.

We've sold two houses and purchased one through Nicky, and we have found that she made us feel comfortable with her knowledge, her advice, presentation of the properties and enthusiasm towards the sales. No perceived problems were too difficult to solve. Both Rae and I felt extremely comfortable and would recommend vendors use her expertise and enthusiasm to present and sell their properties.

We have used Nicky previously and there was never a question of who we would use to sell our home. Nicky and her team gave great advice to prep for sale and helped set us up with trades so that we didn't have to do it all ourselves. It was great being able to trust that the price guide she gave us was realistic and achievable. Nicky kept us updated at every stage and it was a quick sales process.

Cody and Brody from Barker's have been so attentive to the sale of my property. Their communication and follow up has been above expectations. Their awareness of the market and pricing of the property to reach as many buyers was well done. So many thanks to Cody for the successful sale of my property!
