We enjoyed working with Nicky and her team to purchase our new home. Nicky went out of her way to arrange an unscheduled opening to enable us to have an indepth inspection. We found Nicky to be very professional and clearly explained the contract details to us. She negotiated the price with us in a friendly manner whilst always aware that her clients wished to achieve the best price. At handover Nicky was happy to suggest local workers who we may wish to use. Gus took extra time to give us a final tour of the house and show us the little extra tricks. We were very happy with Nicky and her team.

We were very impressed and happy with the service we received from Nicky and her staff. Communication during all stages of the selling process was A1, keeping us fully informed of open inspection visits and follow ups with prospective buyers, as well as always being contactable if we needed to speak to her. Her valuation of our property was spot on and realistic and we appreciated her down to earth approach as opposed to the usual salesperson jargon. It helped of course that our property sold in only four weeks but would imagine that Nicky’s demeanour would continue through a longer campaign. She again excelled during the final negotiation stages of the sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nicky to anyone looking to sell their home.
