We approached Brody from Barker Real Estate with a real hard to sell property. It took a while but as he promised he came up with a buyer that was extremely happy to buy so the moral is he has got the experience to sell difficult properties (neighbours) and at the same time he supplied a purchaser with as he put it with "His forever dream home block" Would I use/recommend him again, the answer is most definately. If there is anybody out there thinking about buying Brodie would be the one to source out what your looking for as he did with our purchaser. All staff at the company were very helpful and friendly.
