From the first time we met Keaton it was obvious that he had a very good knowledge of the real estate market in the greater Bunbury area. Keaton was always very polite and offered suggestions without being pushy which we appreciated. He obtained an offer on our property quite quickly but it looked like it would fall through, however he was very persistent and offered suggestions to both parties on how to close the gap in expectations and ultimately secured the sale. Following the signing of the contract Keaton happened to see us looking at real estate in another area. He rang me and offered advice on properties for sale in the area including properties not listed with his company. The commitment and hard work shown by Keaton during the purchase of my new / first home; was second to non. Both parties, myself as the buyer, and the seller were strong willed and occasionally locked in a situation of stalemate. Some, may say stubbornness. All credit to Keaton, he held strong and took the driving seat. The communication was constant. Problems were resolved and in the end, all parties got a fair and honest resul (He took time out of his Sunday with the family to meet up and get the ball moving forward) I would definitely hit Keaton up in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend others do the same. Good bloke and good at his job.

My home sold after only 5 weeks of being on the market, in an area which homes are often not selling after 2 years. It sold after the third home open, which was on a weekday in the late afternoon. Joel worked with me to get a quick sale at a price I was happy with.
