I would like to recommend Jacob too all those looking to sell their house. I had a house in Meadow Springs, which was proving difficult to sell and had been on the market for a least 6 months. Jacob came in with a fresh enthusiastic approach and some new innovative marketing and advertising ideas, that really paid dividends. The initial response was very promising and then Jacob worked all prospective buyers extremely thoroughly, giving him the best chance to sell our home. Jacob was extremely professional and helpful throughout, but the key was his ongoing communication, whether that being positive or negative, he always kept us up to date, with honest professional advice throughout the sale process. On speaking with people I have verified that the commission price was quite high. I am happy enough with the service Lees provided but very disappointed with the price I have to pay. As a struggling everyday person I would have appreciated acknowledgement of the need to make the long, expensive, difficult and exhausting process financially rewarding. I am not impressed at all by the $9000 fee. Lucille Alexis
