I have one word that sums up our three dealings with Jay and that is 'Integrity'. Jay's integrity should be the model for all real estate agents and business people. I then asked my wife for her thoughts which I agree with and are - " Jay is a great listener and based on what you want offers the best advice based on many years of experience. Jay was very thorough in explaining the current market, how he would approach the sale of our house, the need to paint throughout in a neutral colour and to declutter. We put in place everything that he suggested. The sale price was lower than our lowered hopes but we took the first reasonable offer instead of risking a long wait in the current circumstances. All in all a good outcome for us. The house was on the market for around 3 weeks.

Jay went over and above to help us sell our house in 2015. I had dealt with Jay previously with the sale of my parents home which had to be sold in unfortunate circumstances. Jay was extremely helpful in that situation and went over and above to help my parents get a decent price for their home and when it came to selling our home he was exactly the same. We would highly recommend him to anybody seeking to sell their property.
