I had met with 3 other agents before I decided to list with Jay. I had never sold a house before, but I believe I'm a good judge of character, and my choosing Jay was only really based on my gut feelings. The process was explained to me perfectly in a manner I had no trouble understanding, and every promise was delivered far quicker than my expectations. The photography of our property was top notch, the advertising was amazing, and as a result our house was sold in under 3 weeks, for more money than I had expected I would have to settle for. I find myself recommending Barr and Standley, in particular Jay, wholeheartedly to any of my friends who ask my opinion with no reservations whatsoever.
