Jay's knowledge of the real estate market in the SW is second to none. He was great in assisting us through a near perfect smooth sale, the only snag coming at the end and was at the fault of the buyer (incorrectly signed documents). Jay would always ring us once a week, even if it was to say nothing had changed. It's rare in any business nowadays to be able to speak directly to 'the boss' even after the sale when his work is done. Jay is very easy to get on with and comes with our highest recommendation.
