Cam and I met with him at the office while we were signing the contract, and he was very informative. We are still navigating the settlement process, but overall, our experience has been positive.

Our apartment is unique . An unknown enigma ,with a range of different prices and apartments in this complex.Hard to nail the correct price to sell . We arrived at what the apartment owed us and went from there . To my disbelief two offers in a short time . We procrastinated for around a month . Jay was patient reminding us most days to sign our counter offer . That being done it was all signed and sealed overnight . He has a well chosen back up team working with him . Staff on the ball ,to answer every question we asked . Nothing was to much trouble for any of them . We were well taken care of from the minute Jay walk through our door for his interview to be our agent to sell our beautiful apartment . Excellent job Thank you Jay and team
