Was realistic on price and comps. I'm interstate. Communication was great with Jacob and his team. Our tenant caused multiple issues. With our help was quick to resolve. A few negotiations for works to be done was all fair and reasonable. Got the price we wanted. Which is the main thing! I'm in a neighbouring industry he didn't try to sales me. I hate that. Which was a major plus. He has a great team of trades to do works quickly. Always sends pictures and good record of events. Which I liked. I gave him space with certain guidelines to do his work.

After chatting when picking up the keys we found out that Jacob grew up in the area that we would be selling in the following year. At the time we found Jacob to be friendly and knowledgeable and kept him in mind when it came to selling. We approached many agents in the lead up to selling. Jacob was the strongest and with his local knowledge is who we decided upon. At all times Jacob was professional and a very good communicator. He gave us lots of tips to make our home and property the best for selling. Our house went on the internet on a Thursday, home open on Saturday and was under offer on Sunday. Jacob made the process simple for us. We were very happy with all dealings we had with Jacob and would definitely recommend him to others selling their house.

Craig helped me purchase my first home back in 2021 and was extremely informative and helpful with the process. He assisted me with multiple things and was always patient with me when I was asking lots of questions. After successfully purchasing the home the after care was brilliant. I received a text message about a month into owning the house from Craig just seeing how I went with the move then not only that but when I saw him out and about he didn’t hesitate to come over and have a genuine chat. 2 years on I went back to Craig wanting to sell my house and the standard was still so high.
