I would recommend Barry Plant to anyone I know and thank them for their professional service.
From the beginning, Barry Plant Group put a flyer in my letterbox for a free appraisal. After I called 2 staff came, at a day and time that suited us both. The agents were punctual, friendly and gave me information regarding what services they could provide. I was impressed, no need to choose any other agents. I invited them back to start the process of the sale. The paperwork, information and my questions were all fully answered. This was all very comfortable. The visits, callbacks and opens were all done with open, honest and clear communication and feedback. The whole experience was seamless and the staff worked as a team to achieve an excellent outcome for the sale.

Knowledgeable and reliable.
We recently sold our home through Adam Henderson of Barry Plant, it was our first home and given that we built the house it was also our first experience with real estate. Adam was knowledgeable, reliable and fast acting, it didn’t matter the time of day or night if there was something to discuss Adam was there. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Adam and Barry Plant again.

The easiest thing we've ever done
I contacted Adam after I had received a flyer in our letterbox. In the back of our minds we were thinking of moving back to Qld after a turbulent year, health wise for my husband, and just overall with Covid etc. From the minute I met Adam, I felt like it was meant to happen. He came across with youthful exuberance, confidence, and a great knowledge of the business . It was a no brainer to run with him, and it has been a "pain free" experience from start to finish. One of the most honest agents I've ever dealt with.
Have to say Josh has gone above and beyond to help throughout this entire process (which all these new covid rules have made it a lot harder) and without his honest help it would have been even more stressful. His communication with me was top notch, keeping in contact and helping with anything I wasn't sure about which can be rare from an agent. And I can honestly say Josh will be the real estate agent I use in the future without a doubt.

Trust and respect was mutual
Adam is down to earth fellow. He is a family man and a business man. Adam showed empathy and kindness given our circumstances. I actually like Adam personally and felt I had made a new friend. Adam will not give you a high intensity sales pitch, he will take time to sit and explain in detail his expert opinion on your property , no pressure. Trustworthy
Adam is a great agent. Very knowledgeable about the areas he works in. Adam was able to show us comparable properties on the market, as well as recently sold and under offer, to ensure our property purchase was an educated decision.
