Easy, no fuss transaction
As a person, I don't care about being made to feel, 'special' and I don't buy all the crap that advertisers sell about customers having a life-changing experience after choosing their particular product or service. Real estate agents are no exception. It was all about the ease of transaction for me.
The raw fact is that I'm not special, and all people want is my money. That's life. For this reason, I think I'm a fairly easy customer in the sense that I know what I want, and just want to get straight to it. Monique complimented this very well.
I wanted to buy a property, and Monique was the agent selling the house.
After 'the' property was sold to somebody else, the bid was then retracted a day later due to circumstances.
I turned up on a Tuesday night and made an offer. After one counter-offer, the property was sold, to me.
I was not excited, but rather relieved that I'd finally managed to get a place. Buying a place was not a magical journey. Bill and Ted's adventure was a lot more excellent than mine. It was just one of those things I needed to do.
Despite that, Monique made the experience very easy. Just a few papers to sign and from thereon, she aided my conveyancer in all the legal proceedings.
Monique was great in that sense. She was prompt, direct, professional and she knew what was required from me. The entire process was very quick, and although it naturally comes with a degree of stress, it was still fairly painless.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Monique. From my experience, she is honest, dependable, highly knowledgeable and organised.
