Rodney’s energy and passion for real estate was clearly evident from our first meeting and his guidance and support to us through this time was second to none. A local with years of experience in the area, his knowledge helped us to exceed our expectations and result in a higher than expected sale. He is very easy to get along with and we highly recommend he and the Barry Plant Boronia Team. Wendy and Marty Hankin

Rodney really has exceptional interpersonal skills which as a senior single lady, I found very reassuring when buying my new home. He guided me through the process with empathy and professionalism but most of all I appreciated his wonderful sense of humour which made the experience as stress free as possible. He stayed in constant communication with me and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him. I have no hesitation in rating dealing with Rodney as a 5 star plus experience.

Monique and her team at Barry Plant Boronia were wonderful to deal with. The whole selling process was made so much easier by them guiding us through each stage and always being on hand when we had a question. We had many more groups through our home than we expected and after just 12 days, we received numerous offers, including one that well exceeded our expectations. We would certainly recommend Monique and her team to anyone considering selling their home!

So glad that we decided to get Monique to be the agent to sell our investment property. (Upon recommendation from a professional friend) We knew we were in the right hands from the start and knew instantly that Monique would be the right person to work in with the tenant. Everything was explained perfectly, we had many many groups of people through and many many offers! We were blown away with her professionalism and her teams brilliant communication and follow ups. Thankyou very much to all of you!

Keith was a pleasure to deal with. He kept us informed following every open house with regard to number of viewings, level of interest etc. The entire selling experience was relatively painless & we put this down to Keith's helpful & friendly persona.
