David and his team at Barry Plant Bundoora were a pleasure to deal with. The sales staff, the presentation consultation and even the professional photographers were easy going and all made a usually stressful time a whole lot easier. Our sale price was above our expectations, I highly recommend.

David and team were very professional right through the process of my recent sale in Bundoora. There was no pressure on reserve price which was appreciated and the result was that we had 3 bidders on the day. Good communication with Leanne and David after each open. thanks guys great result

We are over the moon with the price that Michael Egan auctioned our Macleod home for this week. It is a record for the Springthorpe estate and all of our neighbours are thrilled too. The estate is finally getting the recognition that it deserves. We have loved living here. From the very beginning, we felt that we were in good hands with Michael. He was always professional, communicated extremely well, and paid great attention to detail. His campaign plan paid off in spades. We will certainly list with him again. Thank you Michael

David was fabulous to work with. Easy to talk to and transparent. He helped me secure my property. I was very happy to work with him. A sale by set date sale, of which the process surrounding this was unfamiliar to me. David was professional and explained the process.
