We had a great experience working with David on the sale of our prestige home. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, was extremely knowledgable on all things real estate, and we always felt he was working for the best outcome for us. He gave us informed information and guidance throughout the entire process. The marketing of our property was excellent. Leanne was always available and also so friendly to deal with. Thanks David & Leanne, you made the difficult process so much easier and hassle free.

Michael was recommended to us and from our first meeting we were confident in trusting his advice on all matters regarding pricing, timing , presentation and selling strategies. Michael was open, affable, knowledgeable, well organized and diligent. Communication was terrific, we were kept up to date with all inspections and the feedback gleaned from prospective buyers. He managed our sale through to the successful auction of our property.

Michael's real strengths are his professionalism and transparency in his dealing with clients. His knowledge and sales records were very convincing when i first contacted Michael and I knew he will be the best sale representative to sell my house. The outcome was at a desirable level and the experience i had throughout the last 5 weeks exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent for anyone in Bundoora area.

Michael Egan was my real-estate agent to find my Bundoora house 6 years ago; and now when I need to relocate to Sydney after 6 years, my wife and I have no hesitation to appoint him to help us selling the house, and again another success in the midst of the COVID-19 lockdown! Michael's work is effective, efficient, and he is a fantastic communicator. He is committed and passionate about his profession. Michael leads a great and energetic sale team that I would like to say BIG BIG THANK YOU!

Michael helped us to sell our property with a minimum of fuss and within the time frame. We received our target price which was achieved in no small part to Michael's negotiating skills and knowledge of the local market. Could not have been happier with Michael and the Barry Plant team.

David and his team, which included Leanne who is David’s college and Peter Koiker from the Diamond Creek office of Barry Plant were amazing. On the day of Auction and being an online Auction at that, was quite nerve wracking but David and his colleagues guided us through and we had a great outcome. Defiantly an advocate for these amazing professionals, Thanks team Bundoora Barry Plant David Moxin and Peter from Diamond Creek, you made a moment of selling the Family Home, so less stressful than I could have imagined. Michael has been our go to guy when it comes to realestate for last decade. His knowledge of property market in Bundoora and northern suburbs is like no other. His valuations and estimates are on the money. We have bought and sold 3 properties through Michael and his professionalism and hard work is evident in the price of purchase and sale. He is the only agent in the market who has a pool of buyers and sellers at every price point from $600k - $2.5m. For anyone out there looking to buy or sell Michael should be the preferred choice.

Michael is by far the best real estate agent we meet on our journey to buying our first home. He was friendly, polite and happy to have a chat. Compared with other agents, Michael's relaxed and personable nature made asking questions and enquiring about the property very easy. He went above and beyond, and even allowed us to inspect the property 4 times during COVID! Michael made the whole process easy, straightforward and shared in our happiness and excitement on auction day. Cannot recommend him highly enough, and will definitely be giving him a call if and when we ever need to sell in future.

The sale of our home proceeded under the current pandemic which had created abnormal selling conditions - but thanks to the expertise and knowledge of our Agent David Moxon it was thankfully successful. Market conditions were so unpredictable so to achieve a reasonable sale was great!
