David and the team at Barry Plant Bundoora were experts at handling the sale of our property in Bundoora. David was very generous with his time and expertise and we are very grateful for his advice and direction. We sold our property in challenging circumstances but were happy with final outcome. Thanks David, Leanne and all the team at Barry Plant Bundoora

Having previously used Barry Plant Bundoora in a successful real estate transaction we had no hesitation in again using David Moxon and his very professional and experienced team for the sale of our home property. From the outset David was upfront regarding sales in these challenging times as he presented their campaign strategy. We were kept up to date of any eventualities during the whole process by both David and Leanne and were pleased the property sold prior to auction with the sale meeting our expectations. I can highly recommend David and The Barry Plant team to look after your interests. A big thankyou to David Leanne Shiven and Tom.

From start to finish, everything was smooth sailing with Michael. Being first time sellers, he always took the time to answer our questions and concerns. He is a true professional. We chose Michael because of his experience and knowledge of the area, and he’s just a likeable guy. Would highly recommend him - he went above and beyond, and got us the best outcome we could of hoped for - even in the current climate. Thank you Michael!

David is an experienced and helpful agent who put together a great plan for selling our property. It all worked out as per that plan, achieving our price expectations and within in the timeframe proposed. He also provided additional advice when we were looking for our next property, and didn’t flinch at any nickname I gave him, Moxy being the standard. His team of Leanne and Tom were also great with their additional support.
