We decided to use Barry Plant Real Estate to sell our property because we believed they had better results in the Bundoora area. Our first meeting set the tone for the campaign, it was totally professional. We were introduced to the team of David Moxon and Shaun Zhang. David explained how the campaign would be unfold, culminating in the auction of our property. Before the first Open House we were given valuable tips that would maximise the features of the property. At the conclusion of each of the Open House we were provided with a debrief of the numbers that had attended and the likely hood of those who would attend the auction and bid for the property. Two days out from the auction David met with us to discuss the auction situation. He explained that he was confident that there would be a strong auction based on the people who had attended at the various Open House days and the follow up with those potential bidders. The auction was a complete success. Overall we can say that the campaign and result of the auction demonstrated the knowledge of the Bundoora area that David was able to have on the campaign. David's knowledge was an invaluable asset in the management of our campaign. In fact the whole sales team was very professional and worked had to achieve the best result for their client.
