Words are hard to explain how happy we were with the result of our sale. Michael, Belinda and all the Barry Plant team did a fantastic job and always kept us up to date throughout the sale campagne. Michael did an amazing job on auction day and delivered a result that was a dream figure for us at the start of the campagne. We thank Michael, Belinda and the team for all their work and would recommend them to anyone that is looking at selling.

Michael Egan first met with myself & family to assist with the sale of my Mother's home a year before the auction. In the lead up Michael was always responsive, efficient and supportive throughout the entire process and we always knew where we were at in regards to advice on preparing the property, through to auction process and eventual better than expected result. I have in my business dealings dealt with many agents in the passed, and Michael is right up there at the top with great people skills, along with a professional manner & trustworthy advice. I have no hesitations in recommending Michael's service if you are looking for a good agent

This was the 2nd property that Michael has sold for me and after the 1st experience, I did not hesitate to ask for his services again. I selected Barry Plant, and did not consider looking elsewhere, because of Michael's professionalism and friendly manner and the whole process of selling this property was made easy because of those particular attributes. He is a really great asset for Barry Plant.

We were thrilled with the price we got for our home. It will be hard to leave after 43 years but Micheal made it a lot easier, always there to answer questions and reassure us. I would highly recommend him.

David and Loretta were very easy to talk through any concerns we had throughout the process. David especially kept us informed along the way and both were supportive on the day of the auction.
