From the outset, Michael was friendly, caring and honest. Being our first auction, we didn't know what to expect so Michael patiently explained how the whole process would work. Feedback was provided after each inspection, and the team's comments were genuine and real without giving any false hope. Before the auction, Michael made sure we were well informed and that no question was left unanswered. His calm and reassuring manner instilled confidence and this helped relieve any last minute fears and anxieties. As much as possible, we were well prepared for the day of the auction and were pleasantly surprised at how the whole campaign ran smoothly and professionally. Michael is a professional. He researches and keeps abreast of the market trends yet always left room for us to make an informed call on any decisions. He allowed room for us to consider various options while remaining connected with us all the way. We can see why he is the ‘go to person’ especially when it comes to marketing and selling in our area. He has gained a well-earned reputation for his integrity, and possessing a sound knowledge and understanding of the area and the target market. In summary, it was good to feel as though we were part of a team and we were treated with respect and included. This all culminated in a skilfully run auction. The fact that the outcome was successful and mutually beneficial to all parties, speaks for itself. We cannot end this review without mentioning the excellent team that Michael has working with him especially Belinda. Success comes when people work as a team and are happy and productive. This results in a successful outcome for their clients. Belinda played an integral part in the whole process. Her caring approach and quiet efficiency was appreciated and her ability to connect with people was evident. We are grateful to Michael and his team and congratulate them for a job well done.
