As a first time seller of property by auction I was unsure of the process and what was required. I found Michael to be extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. His attention to detail was outstanding. I certainly appreciated the visit the day before the auction to go over auction strategy , something I knew little about and a lot of questions were answered. He was very honest with expected price range which was reassuring. I would also like to commend Susie Liu who came to all the open houses and she was also very friendly and helpful. Barry Plant in general was very professional and I did not quite realise how much work goes on in the background when selling a property.
