Selling our first home could of been a stressful and daunting task, however with Michael we could not of imagined it going any smoother. Kept us in the loop at all times, pleasure to deal with and I guess above all else ultimately got the highest selling price the market allowed for our home. The advertising regime was tailored for realistic results which was proven in the final price. Auction day provided little stress because of the competence of Michael as auctioneer.
