What can I say.The best in the business.His assessment skills,ability to state facts,his business acumen are second to none.He keeps the vendor constantly informed and guides them for a good sale.His negotiating skills,market movement assessment along with his warm and friendly nature makes it easy snd convenient to work with him.He walks the talk. I will not hesitate to sell my home again with him.

Easier and much more stress free than expected
From our first conversation we felt that Adam was the kind of man who will be upfront and honest with me which we found refreshing. Any questions or requests that we had, Adam responded quickly and nothing seemed too hard for him. Adam understood our prerequisite's and did not try to steer us in other directions. Adam was also very helpful and gave Kerry and I a roadmap of how the entire process will unfold. Needless to say he was easy to get along with and almost feels like a mate that helped Kerry and I with getting my dream house. We would highly recommend Adam as a Realestate agent.

Sale of Townhouse in Covid - 19 period
Adam's knowledge of the market has proven to be very sound. His commitment to us the vendor was excellent. His communications were always timely and informative. He certainly is not a 9 to 5 Agent. Both Michelle and I appreciated his transparency in proceedings and honest feedback/advice. Adam is an awesome agent!
Our previous experience selling a property was not nice to say the least. We decided to go to Barry Plant as my Mum purchased a property through them a couple of years before and she was quite happy. Thats where we met Adam. After our initial appointment with Adam we both decided we wouldn't bother going to another agent because we were very happy with Adam. Adams interaction with us was great. Very friendly, giving us some advice on how to get the best price and honest. During the campaign Adam kept us up to date with potential buyers feedback and always answered any other questions we would have. Now that we have sold with a brilliant result we cannot also fault the way the property was advertised throughout the whole campaign and we would recommend Adam to any other potential seller. Well done Adam. Without you we couldn't have done it!
