I'd like to think that we are "Experienced" real estate purchasers and sellers. Having bought and sold many times over the years we have encountered a huge variety of Real Estate Agents. My Wifes father is a retired agent and we have had many conversations about the industry. However Sarah Savio is something different, from the day she came to appraise a property until well after settlement she provided a level of customer service and salespersonship that I have never experienced before. Sarah is a great communicator, often telling us what we wanted to know without us having to ask, and when we did need to ask if she did not know straight away she had the answer to us in a very quick fashion. Working in tandem with her colleague Shane they were excellent, efficient, enthusiastic and extremely good (ran out of E words) I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an agent to at least have a chat to Sarah for your real estate needs. I know that if we ever buy or sell I will be using her again. Thanks Sarah, settlement went through today faultlessly, just like the rest of the sale. Thank you

We have been dealing with Nathan over the course of the last couple of weeks to secure a purchase of an investment property. Generally Nathan took a well balanced approach to working to achieve our needs as purchasers along with the needs of the vendors- we landed on an appropriate outcome for all parties. I was impressed in Nathans quick response to our questions throughout the process. My only callout would be in making sure information is at the ready (especially for investment purposes) around current rent income, body corp fee's etc, as well as any delays to correspondence and turnover times due to COVID.
