Shane is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the market. His communication skills are very good. The only criticism I have is he tended to downgrade my property for me to lower the price which I found quite offensive. Shane was not who people normally use in the location where I sold . It was a unique property not based in his usual postcode and he sold it within 20 days. He was the best choice of agent because he has the process behind the sale. He is respectful and trustworthy and being on my own I really needed that. I was in no way connected to the sale process as I was able to have it completely managed professionally by Shane . A 12 year project could end on a high note having Shane sell a home that was dear to my heart. Massive respect to someone like him who is getting it so right.
