Thank you to the entire team at Barry Plant for the successful sale of my property recently and for their outstanding support over the past 10+ years in managing my property . A special thank you to Chee-Ky, who led the sales process from start to finish with exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free, managing every aspect efficiently and with great care. Ben was fantastic throughout the sales campaign, providing clear and consistent communication after inspections, throughout the campaign, and ensuring I was always well informed about requirements and next steps. His updates were timely and reassuring, which made a huge difference. Sohail was instrumental in finalising the deal and securing an excellent result. His negotiation skills and ability to close the sale at a great price were truly appreciated. I’d also like to sincerely thank Cara, who has been amazing to work with and has managed my property for over 10 years. Her professionalism, efficiency, and reliability have been outstanding. Tess more recently stepped in and did a wonderful job managing the property and working closely with the tenants while the property was on the market, ensuring everything ran smoothly during the sale. Tim and Daniel did a great job with the sale , very professional, it sold within the month , didn't need to go to auction . I was kept updated with everything in regards to selling our house . Hardworking and Genuine Agent - well done Anso!!!
