We have known Tim for a few years now. Tim and Co manage our rental properties. When we were looking to sell, Tim and Daniel were easy to talk to about pricing and expectations. Open home days were quickly organised with tenants helped with the inconvenience. We were able to reach the price we were expecting thanks to Daniel and the sale went thru. Abby showed enormous effort to sell this property for us. Some days she even delayed her private arrangements such as she responded on Sundays plus she went home late like 8.30 pm. Actually she left our place 8.30, maybe she arrived home 9.30.. Inspections, paperwork, negotiations and Auction, she was always there..
