We were thrilled with the way Scott engaged with our family in selling our father´s house. Scott made a point of keeping Dad engaged in the process by having meetings with him in his aged care facility. He has a great no-nonsense approach and creates a good deal of trust. I was particularly impressed with his responsiveness to any and all queries. I am based in Copenhagen and Scott set up a whatsapp group with my sister and I, keeping us up to date on developments and responding almost instantly to any request for information. Scott has been our agent since we purchased our 1st home in 2015. We wanted to sell our apartment this year and asked Scott to represent us. What impressed us the most throughout the whole selling process is that he always got prepared, probably 2 or 3 steps ahead, so that every opportunity could be adequately captured and addressed, which is exceptionally important when the market is not so favourable to a vendor. I think that is the most valuable part of his work - to facilitate the closing of a deal. The apartment is sold in a lesser time than expected, and we do thank Scott from our hearts and highly appreciate his efforts in this sale.
