We interviewed a number of agents for the sale of our property. Whilst they all seemed quite suitable Scott stood out for his experience and success in our location and for our type of property. He seemed calm, knowledgeable and presented a strong sales and marketing program. As a complete professional, not only does Todd know real estate but has a thorough understanding of how to identify, connect and negotiate with buyers. Todd provided a very good initial observation of our home, provided a sound strategy to solicit the right buyer and executed this through a very quick sale period exactly as was planned. In fact, Todd used his network of prospective buyers to attract initial interest ahead of an auction campaign which allowed the targeted buyers to have an initial preview of the property. This planned approach proved very successful and by the time our auction program commenced, we had already received an initial offer and provided us with some comfort but also momentum leading into the sale campaign. Together with a careful advertising plan, Todd was able to to create early buyer competition and the home sold within 3 days of the auction campaign commencing. We achieved our selling price quickly and Todd aligned the buyer and the property carefully and with a perfect and swift transaction.
