I thought mark's overall approach to the question of selling a house was excellent. He and I had several strategy meetings where we discussed private sale vs auction, program of inspections, marketing plan, auction strategy. Mark's work was thorough, inclusive and purposeful. The marketing plan was really excellent - the marketing numbers were astonishing to me - with high numbers of visits to the website page, visitors to the house on open days, requests for Section 32 documents, numbers of repeat visits. I feel that the auction was a roaring success in that there were so many people participating in the bidding, and this happened because the marketing program had been so effective. Throughout the campaign, Mark's manner was always friendly, interested and professional. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole exercise.
