While I was still just a prospect he was extremely generous with his time and relayed extensive local market knowledge, which helped my family and I to determine exactly where we wanted to live. We achieved a solid result after a campaign dotted with a few mishaps. Mark has an abundance of local knowledge and experiences for the situations we didn't anticipate - his confidence gave us reassurance at times we really needed. The auction was ran smoothly and professionally. No doubt that's why Mark is in demand - and it did make us feel that we had to compete for his time particularly at half way mark when the campaign was slipping off and we pushed hard to find timely solutions together. In saying that, Mark and the team were professional and did a lot of background work we were unaware of - whilst its standard ('just part of the service', as Mark would say), over-communicating can have its upsides for engaged 1st time vendors like us. We are overall happy with Mark's service and would recommend his service.
