Communication and lead generation needed to be sharper and proactive, instead of reminders from us to follow up. As our campaign progressed, David took over and led sales discussions and buyer follow up. David also led the offer process with us, which was an aggressive transaction and a completely unnecessary approach, not how we imagined any vendor would be dealt with by a real estate agency engaged to sell their biggest asset. Fortunately, our suggested approached yielded the best possible outcome, which David later apologised for his behaviour and agreed our approach was successful.
