Justin has been a wonderful agent. We first touched base with him six years or so ago about selling our home. At the time we were mulling things over and he never pestered us into listing. We were just not ready. When the time was right and we had tidied up the house. He could not do enough for us. Suggestions on where to spend money for the best return and all this done in a friendly personal manner. Having said this he is no layabout. He is full of energy and fully committed to us getting the best return on our home. We exceeded our expectations on the sale price and are very happy with our dealings with Justin. He would walk us through the process with banks and solicitors. This made the whole process so much more pleasant with out having to tie ourselves up in knots about dotting "i's" and crossing "T's". Trying to buy a house is an absolute minefield at times - what a huge relief to finally come across Riley! He was brilliant in setting up viewings - in tracking down the answers to questions when other agents just said "I don't know" and in smoothing the way with all the fiddly follow up details when we did finally buy. Arranging extra viewings for tradesmen quotes, always being happy to track down more answers to my questions - I really recommend Riley and felt he acted with great integrity during the process.
