A fantastic experience
Justin was a huge help to us in finding our new home. He took our input into considerations, suggesting suitable properties without once wasting our time. When the time came to put in an offer, Justin was able to balance the interests of both parties extremely well, with a no-nonsense approach to the process. Justin's extensive knowledge of the local area was very impressive, and his willingness to share was greatly appreciated. This will make settling into our new area much easier. We really appreciated his approach, particularly his willingness to answer any question, to chase down any piece of information, without hesitation. His approach made what could have been a very challenging process into a pleasant experience overall.

Very Happy Vendors
We left the sale of our family home in the very capable hands of Riley and the Barry Plant team while we were overseas. Riley made my dream come true.
Buying a house can be very stressful. Especially when you really want a property and so does someone else. It was the longest 6 days of my life - from the moment i first saw the property to the moment Riley told me it was mine and I burst into tears. Riley was there with me every step of the way. He was kind, he was patient, he was communicative, he listened - he also worked hard for his vendor! I paid a little more than i wanted to but without regret. Great agent and really nice guy
I left the sale of our house to Justin and his team, justin sold the house in 3 weeks and was able to get more than we anticipated. Outstanding!
After we lost our wonderful mum, arranging for the sale of her house in Emerald was always going to be a difficult time. Fortunately for us, we had the right agent. Justin and his team were just fantastic. It was reasonable to expect their help throughout the process but excellence isn't always a given. It went beyond exceptional knowledge of the market, advice and negotiation of the sale price. Justin suggested improvements and minor repairs, helped us to locate local tradesmen and even allowed us to park mums old car in his garage. A quick sale at a great price and a happy buyer. Barry Plant delivers great outcome for us
We chose the team at Barry Plant Emerald to market and sell our house for many reasons. They were a successful local business, they were approachable, professional, friendly, ethical and had an in depth knowledge of the local market trends, which were at best volatile and unpredictable during our sales campaign. Their realistic goals met our expectations and we are happy to say that we were not disappointed with the outcome. Our house was not the typical house you would expect to find in Emerald. It was a large dual occupancy under a common roofline on 12.5 acres of prime pastureland. The property was unique, which required a lot of effort, by Justin and his sales team, to find an equally unique buyer. Never daunted by the task in front of them, Justin and his team worked tirelessly to achieve a great outcome for us. We commend Justin, Gayle, Lyn, Riley and the rest of the team for their efforts and eventual success. Both Justin and Gayle have infectious enthusiasm, boundless energy and a wonderful work ethic, which in turn gave us confidence in their ability to deliver for us.
