I believe Natalie and I were both in fairly unchartered territory with my sale. Unable to see the property at all due to CoVid, I had to put all my trust in Natalie. I feel she was eager to do a good job and I believe she worked hard. At times I got the impression that she could perhaps slow down and focus a little better on tasks, like checking messages before sending them out to avoid confusion but I also realized she may have had other clients on the go and a lot to think about. I know I put a number of extra tasks on her plate because of CoVid and I felt Natalie was gracious with helping me as much as she was allowed given the unusual circumstances. In this way, I feel she understood my anxiety and did her best to sort things out. It certainly was a weird experience and I'm sad that I can't raise a glass with Natalie to celebrate my successful sale!

We had a great experience with Natalie managing the sale of the former family home. With my living in the country and selling a property in Ascot Vale, most dealings were remote and that was handled well by Natalie. Having to sell the property during the Stage 3 COVID lockdown was tricky and compounded by tenants who were limiting inspections of the property, doing an online auction and dealing with two parties each with powers of attorneys was all challenging and Natalie, along with the rest of the Barry Plant team handled that really well. I would recommend them for anyone selling a property.

Explained the property area and details which concerned the living arrangement. Knowledge of surrounding area, including parks and transport, shopping precincts. On second inspection, I decided to put in an offer for the property. Caleb was wonderful and had an answer quickly, and I accepted the owners price.
