Tony showed a mature, honest and genuine approach at our initial meeting.

**Beyond words**
Natalie was truly exceptional and went above and beyond to help us secure our dream property! Natalie was helpful, considerate, professional and so lovely to deal with. Natalie was very communicative so I understood where we were at and what was going on at each step and this extended to late evening on a Sunday night! Stellar performance and very easy to work with
This was our second time listing a property with Natalie and it didn't disappoint. Natalie was upfront, open and honest about all aspects relating to the sale of the property. She kept us in the loop on market performance, provided valuable insights and strategies to help achieve the best result, very easy to work with and was happy to roll up her sleeves and get involved if we needed help with anything [including which candles made the house smell good :-) ]. Melbourne went into lock down during the marketing period and the auction itself had to move online to a virtual auction . Whilst we were concerned at this developing situation (as any vendor would be), we didn't really have to be because Natalie continued to manage the sale process and the auction really well. We are very happy with the outcome Natalie achieved for us.
