Walter is professional, friendly and tenacious in meeting his sales objective. He was able to work quite well with us as clients going through a difficult divorce, without rattling any cages. In fact he handled things better than I perceived. We had a poor experience last year with Brad Teal when we first put the Mar Lodge home up for sale. They were not able to collaborate in our estranged relationship and clashed heavily with the ex. Walters approach made this journey for me almost painless, well almost. I have had a long relationship with Walter as I have had a had a portfolio with Barry Plant over a lengthy period of time. Walter performed to the level that I expected. Like all vendors I would have preferred a better sale price on my 2 properties, however Walter balanced this out by selling us our next homes which compensated well. Although living behind the ex is perhaps not the best decision I have made. time will tell.
