We were extremely happy with your dealing of our house sale. We canvassed a few agents by attending auctions, and having them visit us, and Alycia was the standout. She came prepared, was interested in the house and how to go about selling the property. There was no false hope given and the terms and pricing was what we had in mind.The house sold before Auction for what we believed was the correct price and the price you had also quoted.
