Selling our biggest asset was going to be a harrowing task, but with the guidance of Tony and his team we were able to reach our goal easily. At the time, our home was at the beginning of a market downturn, so setting a realistic reserve was a challenge let alone finding a buyer! The bottom line was that our home sold at auction for very close to the estimate first stated in the initial interview. Overall, it was a very pleasant and successful experience.
