I reached out to Tony over email, several months prior to selling my property without knowing much about him except what I read on the internet because we live in the US. He was very professional and provided me with right written information including costs. We visited Melbourne for just one week to prepare and organize including identifying legal support. The rest went very smooth, but we also learnt a lot on the Pre-auction negotiations, profile of various kinds of bidders, for which we were not very prepared given that scenario in US is very different from Australia, and us not being at site on the auction day. Our friend played the whole auction scene on windows Messenger for us to watch. It was nerve wracking, however the outcome was a successful auction, meeting our price expectations.
