Richard Ali - Part of the Local Community
Richard did all the things you would expect from a good agent. He responded to my calls quickly, applied his knowledge of the market and the area to my property and gave me his honest opinion when asked. But what set Richard apart was that he is well known and respected as part of the local community. His open and honest dealings with everyone gives many the confidence to rely upon him. This means he is able to match buyers and sellers efficiently. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Broadmeadows, Jacana, Dallas area.

Dallas No1 Agent
Richard has sold my mums house in less than 2 weeks achieving an amazing price for us above our expectations by getting all buyers together via zoom. From the moment he walked in we knew he was the agent to list with, his knowledge about the dallas market and his great reviews made a big difference. He delivered an A class service .

Pleasant, professional and accommodating
Professional, friendly and courteous. Tamer made himself available outside of the scope of regular appointments and answered calls at all reasonable times of the day and night. Tamer negotiated fair terms and never promised anything he couldn’t deliver on the vendors behalf. Recommended.

Excellent agent
Tamer got to know what we really wanted which showed that he is passionate about his job and communicated really well with us. Tamer picked the right location for us and he was a true professional for what he does. He was the first realtor that genuinely care about us as a first home buyer. We would like to thank him for finding us our first home.
