We had seen two other agents before Richard and when meeting with Richard he gave us good advice and made us feel comfortable as the property was our deceased parents family home for over 50 years. He was engaging and very professional. When it came too the auction not only was Richard involved he also had Roy khoder by his side. We were extremely happy with the Auctions outcome but also with how the men were very professional and also very personal. After our action had taken place Richard had to run off to a couple auctions, however he called and returned back to the home after a days work to apologies for not being able to stay after the auction. This meant so much to me and my family and I would highly recommend Barry plant to anyone and everyone who is wanting to sell a property.
