Jay communicated well with us throughout the marketing campaign, especially after each Open for Inspection. He gave us helpful ideas for presentation of the property and made the process as stress-free as possible. The price he suggested helped to bring a huge number of prospective purchasers and eventually produced a satisfactory result for us. He managed to still find a way to show the property on the first day when we accidentally deprived him of the proper house keys, by innovative thinking. Our only criticism is that we were unaware that the deposit paid by the successful purchasers was not 10% of the purchase price and this was not pointed out to us. However he did make efforts to ensure that we had buyers with the best chance of getting finance. We would also like to acknowledge Jayne's contribution to the sale. She was always pleasant and helpful in every way.
