Amazing from start to finish.
Louise & Jacob from Heathmont Barry Plant were amazing to deal with from start to finish in my house sale. Weekly feedback in person & via emails. Having watched a number of Louise's Auctions in the area over the years I knew straight away who I wanted to deal with for the sale of my house, her local knowledge is great. I'm still in shock from the fantastic result they achieved on Auction Day.

An agent that exceeded our expectations!
Right from the start, Tamazin made the selling process straight forward. Due to our personal circumstances, she worked with us to get the best outcome in a very quick timeframe. We had never sold a house before, and Tamazin with her patience and knowledge, catered specifically to our young family, with open home times and inspections made to suit us. To say that Tamazin went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Even down to coming away from her own weekend away to show potential buyers through and sealing the deal that afternoon!! Unlike other real estate agents, Tamazin has kept in touch post selling and has given invaluable advice for us moving forward. This was potentially one of the most stressful times for us as a family and I cannot thank Tamazin enough for everything she did for us. The best Agent I've experienced
Selling a house can often be a stressful experience but our journey with Tamazin was the smoothest and most enjoyable we've experienced in our lives. Through out the whole process, Tamazin never took anything for granted and was careful to make sure we were on the same page at every step. We contacted Tamazin for an appraisal and discussion to find a joint solution which would present the house in the best possible way. She was able to talk with us about cost effective renovations which would be recovered in the final sale. We embarked on them (gutters, painting, new carpets) and throughout that process she was able to recommend trades people who could help us. Even having given all that time to us, she did not assume we would list with her, and she went through one of the most extensive informational pitches I've seen. Her knowledge of the area and the properties that had sold gave us a realistic appreciation of price and what we could expect. During the campaign, her feedback verbally and then via email keep us completely up to speed with where we were up to in the process. The final outcome for us was: We achieved an unconditional sale 5 days before our SET date. The price was our appraised value, plus double the value we put into renovations, plus another $22k I've sold 7 houses before this particular sale and without a doubt, this one has achieved a great result and been the lest stressful. If you have a home to sell in Heathmont, then its certainly worth having a chat with Tamazin.

Fantastic Agent
I'd like to thank Jay and his team for all there hard work in the selling of our Nans property, a very difficult time for all the family but Jay was extremely compassionate and understanding!! So easy to talk to and was never ever pushy!! Will definitely be using Jay again!!
