Leasing was a breeze!
I was relocating interstate at short notice and anticipated leasing my home to be a painful process but Marin, Olivia & the team at Barry Plant Keilor East made it a breeze from start to finish. They were always professional and openly communicated every step of the way, which was greatly appreciated as a first time landlord with lots of questions. Highly recommended!

Positive experience
Our experience with Barry Plant Keilor East was very positive. We found the communication to be excellent. We were pleased to receive regular SMS updates with regard to possible tenants viewing the property. We always found Marin Durkovic to be helpful and ready to answer all questions. A pleasure to deal with
From past experience, I wasn't looking forward to undertaking the process of finding rental accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised at the professional and friendly service provided. I was kept up to date with the application progress, questions I had were quickly addressed, and completion of the lease agreement completed with me being in a regional location. I look forward to picking up the keys next week.

Efficient services
Satisfied with current level of service being provided. The rental manager is friendly and responsive to my emails and requests. Happy with updates and photos sent to me post ran house inspection. Quickly found new tenants who agreed to a 12 month signed release.
