The most important thing for us in picking an agent was how much we could trust the agent and if they would follow through on their promises. Natalie did that and more. She promised us she would be at every single inspection and not just send someone in her place, she said she would call us after every inspection with an update on how it went and she meet all those promises and more. We really felt like she cared about us and the campaign and that we were not just another number. We felt like her focus was on us and that we were important. There was no conditioning at any point but she didn’t falsely inflate our egos either. She was an ultimate professional and we would not hesitate to sell a house with her again or to recommend her to others.

Typically when an agent notes down the details of what type of property you're looking for, they never call back to let you know that they actually found something that matches your requirements. Except for Natalie! Everytime Natalie called, I knew she had listed a property of interest available for me to inspect. Natalie took my wife and I through 5 properties which ticked all of our boxes until we finally secured one at auction. Would definitely sell my property with Natalie if and when the need arises!
