I knew when I rung Jesse James with his knowledge experience understanding and for most his respect for he came to 7 Ardgower rd Harrisfield 3174 it would be sold. JesseJames listen to why I was selling and what I was wanting with in reason. The family was enduring health and emotional issues To start with the odd shape of the block was going to be ahard sell in that area. Jesse took it all in explained what he was going to do. Veiwings advertising etc. On the day of Auction I wasn't as nervous as I thought I would be . lot of that is due to Jesse and his team. JesseJames Auctioning exceed my expectations . I and my family was able to get a home that suited us as a family and has simlar land shape and same no. We will never to be able to thank him for the peace of mind he has given this family. JesseJames was absolutely brilliant. From the first interaction to after the sale he was always available. Not only that, he went above and beyond. He was an outstanding intermediary between vendor, purchaser and tenant. It was a tricky situation and he handled everything with aplomb. JesseJames and the Barry Plant team were also able to use their selling nouse and great contact database to find us a great buyer and a great price. All parties were happy at the end of the day.

My partner and I saw a piece of land for sale and enquired on the day. Chang told us that if we were interested we would have to 'put in an offer' today. When we got there, we were presented with a contract of sale to sign rather than a statement of offer. We asked if we could have a couple of days to have it looked over by our solicitor to make sure everything was in order and Chang said no and that the vendors wanted it 'sold today', even though the listing stated that the date of sale deadline was not for another 2 weeks. Alice kept encouraging and stating that we were to make our best offer as lots of people had put in offers already, so with great hesitation and much pressure, we signed the contract of sale. Before the ink was even dry however, just as we arrived home from the Barry Plant offices, we received a call from Alice to say that we had won the apparent bidding war. Although we are happy with our plot of land, we would not recommend Chang and Alice as the overall experience left us with a bad taste in our mouths. We also rang Alice a couple of weeks later with a question about the contract to which she replied that she couldn't help us as her job and part in the sale was done which was disappointing.
